Dynamic KPIs wasn't created by a software company trying to guess how property management works. We built it because we needed it to run our own portfolio.
Born Out of Operational Frustration
As real estate operators managing assets across multiple property management systems, we were drowning in data but starving for insights. Every Monday was spent downloading PDF statements, copying rent rolls from Yardi, and consolidating delinquency lists from AppFolio into manual spreadsheets.
By the time our monthly packages were compiled, the data was already three weeks stale. We were constantly managing in the rearview mirror—discovering critical vacancy slips and unapproved concessions long after they had impacted our cash flow.
We realized that you shouldn't have to choose between forcing your property managers to switch software or operating blindly. We built Dynamic KPIs as a read-only overlay to unify reporting, highlight daily attention lists, and put operators back in control.
